Introducing our owner and director of COSY Coordination, Kirra Smith.

Kirra is well known to the disability sector for her extensive knowledge of supports in Geelong and surrounding regions.

Kirra has worked for more than 16 years in the industry and still has the passion to make a positive difference to all she meets. Kirra has worked promoting inclusive health and fitness, providing individual support, working in disability employment services, internal roles at the NDIS, and coordinating compliance for an NDIS care provider.

Kirra has obtained her qualifications in the disability sector and continues to study to ensure her knowledge is up to date and relevant to her role.

With so many years experience in the sector, Kirra has developed the trust of her local community, and a positive collaboration with all providers, therapists and specialists.

Kirra will go above and beyond to find the right provider for your care and will closely monitor all support to ensure you get the absolute most out of your NDIS plan.
